The former TOWIE star, 30, filmed herself exercising in an all black skin tight ensemble.
She motivated followers with a series of crunches, leg kicks and sit-ups, using a slam ball for an extra challenge in the clip.

Sharing the post – with personal trainer Michael Evans – to her 1.4 million followers, Kate said: ‘You voted yes so here it is…AB Blast. @michaelevansfitness advice is: Aim for 20 reps each exercise & repeat. If that’s too much take it down to 10 or 15.

Kate shared her ab-toning tips after recently showing off her fantastic physique as she filmed herself getting dressed on Instagram.
Beaming for the camera, Kate playfully grabbed clothes as they were thrown to her and with the help video trickery, the items then magically appeared on her body.
The reality star showed off her toned midriff in the clip before pulling on a figure hugging white cropped top.

Next the TV personality opted for an oversized blush blazer which she matched with a pair of stylish New Balance trainers.
She finally completed the look with a much sought after £3,000 quilted Chanel bag with silver chain detail.
Kate – who shares son Cree, 16 months, with footballer Rio Ferdinand, 43 – is also step-mother to his kids Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 10, with his late wife Rebecca Ellison who passed away in 2015 from breast cancer.
She recently opened up about feeling that she had to ‘earn’ her title of stepmother to her husband Rio’s three older children.
Speaking on her Blended podcast, Kate had a chat with BBC journalist Ashley John-Baptiste who starred in BBC Three documentary Split Up in Care: Life Without Siblings.
The pair discussed Ashley’s childhood growing up in foster homes and rebuilding a relationship with his biological family.

At one point, they spoke about what the term ‘mum’ means, with Kate saying she felt she had to earn her title when she joined Rio’s family in 2017.
She said to Ashley: ‘After watching the documentary, I know that you met your mum when you were around 10-years-old.
‘How did that feel, because the label “mum'”for me…you know, I’m a step-mum – I’m called Kate in our house – and I feel as though I had to earn my title of step-mum, and earn my title of even Kate, because I have to give love to be that person.’
