Lindsey Vonn Crushes An Abs Workout On IG With The Cutest Partner

  • Lindsey Vonn just showed off her ultra strong core and legs in a new video on Instagram.
  • The 37-year-old Olympian did a side-by-side full-body workout with her dog and went for a swim.
  • To stay fit, Lindsey works out with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. She sticks to moves like one-armed jerk lifts, weight pushes, and tire lifts.

Lindsey Vonn has the ultimate workout buddy, and I think it’s safe to say that everyone is at least a *little* jealous. The former Olympic skier, 37, shared a video of herself crushing a full-body workout alongside her dog, Jade.

The duo was simply the cutest—and also somehow most intense—thing on the internet this week. I mean, she was literally *dripping* in sweat while owning an ab workout. Later on, Lindsey did a quick change into a yellow bikini before taking a dip in the pool. She is looking so strong!

“Dogs make everything better… even workouts ❤️🐕#stillrehabbing #chindrip looking forward to my regular @tempo workouts… one step at a time though. 💪🏻,” she captioned the post.

Her followers were eating up the puppy content. “Great workout buddy !!!!!!😂😂😂,” one fan commented. “Your new pup is precious. 😍,” another chimed in.

Even though Lindsey no longer skis competitively, it’s pretty clear that she still works hard to stay fit. At the moment, she’s taking time to rehab a knee injury. Even so, she’s a regular at the gym and has shared a few behind-the-scenes workout clips in the past.

Some of her go-to moves include squats with resistance bands and heavy weights, one-armed jerk lifts, weight pushes, tire lifts, and reverse lunges. She also trains under celebrity instructor, Gunnar Peterson.

If that all sounds exhausting, it probably is. But Lindsey’s always up for a challenge. “I just like pushing myself,” she told Women’s Health. “I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I’m healthier and more confident. I’ve achieved something, no matter how small.”

Lindsey also revealed that working out gives her “a lot of mental strength and confidence,” and that “finding ways to push myself in the gym has given me a lot of comfort and general confidence.”

    Keep it up, Lindsey!!
