It comes after Lizzy revealed she desperately tried to stop the Wagatha Christie trial from going to court in a bid to help out her friend Coleen Rooney.
The former WAG has been friends with Coleen since they met at the 2006 World Cup and she was upset to see her pal have to go through the rigmarole of the trial.
It ultimately worked out for Coleen after the judge ruled in her favour on the £3million libel case brought to her after she’d accused Rebekah of leaking stories to the press from her private Instagram account.

Yet Lizzie exclusively told MailOnline that the process had taken it toll, revealing: ‘Coleen has had a dreadful three years with this going on.’
She added: ‘It’s so sad it had to come to this, I was always offering to sit them down over a glass of Prosecco and a bowl of nuts to talk it though, but sadly it went to court.
‘Its’ very sad to see two girls from the football community fighting each other in the High Court, I never thought I’d see that and I’m very pleased this is over. It really was handbags at dawn!
‘I hope now the football world will be united and put this case behind them, lessons will have been learned.’
